Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Banker to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in liabilities, branch banking, and personal banking.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, and personal banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
