Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales, cross-sell products, and retain existing accounts.
  • Identify business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and networking to drive growth in corporate sales, retail sales, and personal banking services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy in account opening processes (Account Opening).
  • Collaborate with other departments such as cashiering, teller activities, relationship management teams to achieve overall branch goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in banking operations or related field sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship building with customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
