Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between senior management and clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and professional communication on behalf of senior management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
• Coordinate with different departments and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Perform general administrative duties to support smooth business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related field preferred.
• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
• Professional, discreet, and proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,076.00 - ₹19,799.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
