About the Role -

Personal Assistant (PA)


Key Responsibilities -

·        Manage CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings (including last-minute changes).

·        Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics.

·        Handle confidential correspondence, calls, and emails.

·        Must be proficient with handling emails. Preparing, replying and reporting all the emails to CEO.

·        Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

·        Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

·        Ensure CEO’s time is optimized and priorities are managed effectively.

·        Be available for urgent requests beyond normal working hours.

·        Be accessible for urgent matters or changes in schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends, as per business requirements.


Requirements & Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience

    as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in

    Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling platforms (Calendly, Outlook), and travel management tools.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Positive attitude, emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
