• Manage calendars, meetings, reminders, travel and daily schedules
• Prioritise meetings and ensure agendas & action points are followed up
• Track tasks assigned to HODs and teams; chase closures and deadlines
• Act as a bridge between Founder and internal/external stakeholders
• Draft emails, WhatsApp summaries, meeting notes and follow-ups
• Maintain simple trackers (Google Sheets / Docs)
• Be part of key WhatsApp groups for coordination and visibility
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Support special projects, audits, surprise checks and founder-led initiatives
• Assist with occasional personal coordination tasks
• 3–7 years experience as a PA / EA / Founder’s Assistant
• Exceptional organisation, follow-up and communication skills
• Comfortable with Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs and WhatsApp
• Strong written English (Hindi / Hinglish is a plus)
• Calm under pressure, proactive and solution-oriented
• Experience in hospitality, startups or promoter-led businesses is a big plus
• Work closely with founders in a high-growth hospitality company
• High exposure to decision-making and leadership
• Role with real ownership and learning
