About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate, with exceptional communication skills, energetic presence, and ability to handle high-level executive support tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including visas and accommodation.
• Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and communication with high accuracy.
• Draft and edit emails, reports, presentations with exceptional English language skills.
• Serve as a communication liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize documentation, meeting notes, and travel files systematically.
• Support the MD in event planning, corporate functions, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• MBA degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Secretary to senior leadership.
• Exceptional command over English—both verbal and written.
• Highly organized, proactive, with strong multitasking skills.
• Energetic, confident, and presentable with excellent discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Willing to work flexible hours as required.
