Job Description

The Personal Assistant supports both the operations director, ensuring smooth coordination, reporting, and execution across both domains.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Project Support

  • Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and client communication.
  • Maintain documentation and assist in data entry/testing.
  • Manage the Project Manager’s calendar and follow-ups.

2. Medical Store Support

  • Monitor daily sales, stock, and purchase activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Maintain records of batch numbers, expiry, and invoices.
  • Handle customer follow-ups and prepare daily reports.

3. Administrative Assistance

  • Manage calls, emails, and schedules.
  • Organize meetings, travel, and expense records.
  • Maintain confidential files and business documentation.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and project tools.
  • Basic understanding of pharmacy and IT project workflows.
  • Attention to detail and proactive coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
