The role requires someone dependable, proactive, and able to manage both professional and personal tasks with absolute confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Dr. Sharmin’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Handle communication: calls, emails, and document preparation.
• Organize travel, conferences, and events.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with personal tasks as required.
• Make reels on the go with Dr Sharmin, & also manage the social media accounts.

Requirements:

• Masters degree preferred; Bachelors is the minumim with relevant experience .
• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant /Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong communication skills (English fluency essential).
• Highly organized, multitasker, and solution-oriented. Hardworking and willing to take up challenges.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude and trustworthiness.
• Polite, Decent & Kind, soft voice and tone.
