You will be working as a full-time Personal Assistant to the Director in Chennai for a movie production company. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal and executive administrative support to the Director. This will include managing the Director's diary, scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and correspondence. In addition, you will be expected to perform general administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. To excel in this role, you should possess strong personal assistance and executive administrative skills. Previous experience in diary management and administrative assistance is essential. Proficiency in clerical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective time management are also required. You must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders. The ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion is crucial. While a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, relevant experience and skills will also be considered.,
