Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documents as required.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
  • Follow up on action points from meetings and ensure timely execution.
  • Arrange travel, visas, accommodation, and itineraries for the Director.
  • Ensure timely booking and cost-effective travel planning.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for important documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Communicate directives and instructions on behalf of the Director.
  • Assist in personal tasks such as event planning, household coordination, or personal appointments as required by the Director.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
