Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and business reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information.
  • Track and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Liaise with department heads for updates, reports, and project coordination.
  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and travel documentation.
  • Assist in managing communication flowemails, phone calls, and official documents.
  • Support the CEO in business research, data analysis, and report preparation when required.
