About the Role

Assistant to the CEO

Key Responsibilities

CEO Support & Coordination

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, presentations, and business documents.
  • Prepare meeting briefs and ensure timely follow-ups on decisions and action items.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparation of reports, MIS, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information.
  • Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate with different departments to align with CEO's directives.

Strategic & Business Support

  • Conduct market/industry research to support CEO's decision-making.
  • Provide analytical insights and summaries on key business topics.
  • Support in business development, investor relations, and client meetings.
  • Assist in preparing board reports, strategy notes, and presentations.

Personal Assistance (as required)

  • Manage select personal tasks, appointments, and reservations.
  • Provide end-to-end support in balancing CEO's professional and personal priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in

    Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field

    .
  • [Optional: Preference for candidates with an

    Engineering background

    + MBA/PGDM.]
  • 37 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting CXOs/Founders.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of productivity/project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
