Urjent Opening for Personal Assitant Key Responsibilities: Manage daily calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Book travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries Perform personal errands, including shopping, event planning, and household coordination (if applicable) Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials Manage filing systems and maintain organized records (physical and digital) Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders Assist with personal finances, bill payments, and budgeting (if applicable) Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendar and travel software High level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to anticipate needs and work independently Flexibility to work irregular hours or be on-call, if required Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Mobile No- 9225078650 Mail I'd - hr@shreejiaqua.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
