Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant Intern, located in Gurugram with some flexibility for remote work. The intern will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain schedules and calendars, and provide general clerical support to executives. Responsibilities include managing communications, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining efficient coordination for business-related activities.

Qualifications

Expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
Strong organizational abilities, including Diary Management and Clerical Skills.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate internal and external interactions.
Ability to handle a dynamic environment, multitask effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in office tools and software (e.g., scheduling tools, word processing, spreadsheets).
Any prior experience in administrative or assistant roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
