Role Overview

The Junior PA will support the Sales Manager in day-to-day coordination, documentation, and follow-ups. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who want exposure to B2B sales, client handling, and internal coordination in the corporate gifting industry.

You’ll learn how sales actually runs—beyond just emails and Excel.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support

• Assist in preparing basic quotations, proposals, and presentations
• Maintain and update sales trackers and lead sheets
• Follow up on client inquiries under guidance
• Share samples, catalogs, and information with clients

Coordination Support

• Coordinate with design, sourcing, logistics, and accounts teams
• Track order status and update the Sales Manager regularly
• Ensure timely sharing of information between teams

Administrative Support

• Manage meeting schedules and reminders
• Draft simple professional emails and internal updates
• Maintain proper filing of documents, client details, and orders

Reporting & Data Entry

• Update data in Excel / CRM tools
• Prepare daily or weekly status reports
• Keep records organized and up to date

Skills Required

• Good communication (spoken & written)
• Basic understanding of MS Excel and emails
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Positive attitude and attention to detail

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
• Internship or exposure to sales/admin roles is a plus
