Role Overview: As the first point of contact for various aspects of the business, your role will involve undertaking business development activities requiring travel within India, handling general administrative functions like appointments, work profiling, staff and marketing team monitoring, and managing raw materials/packing control. Key Responsibilities: - Undertake business development activities which may involve travel within India - Handle general administrative functions such as appointments and work profiling - Monitor staff and marketing team - Manage the purchase of raw materials and packing control through available resources Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi - Flexibility and adaptability to changing dynamics - Openness to travel for business purposes - Graduation degree in any discipline - Exposure to business/office functioning The organization is supported by promoters with extensive experience in the textiles business domain, focusing specifically on the spices business. The job is located in Sector 63, Noida, offering a full-time role with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and paid time off. The day shift work schedule comes with additional perks such as performance bonus and yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a similar field, and proficiency in the English language is preferred.
