Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Diary Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, andreminders; ensure seamless time coordinationInbox & Communication Handling: Screen calls and emails; prioritizemessages; draft responses; act as first point of contactDocument & Presentation Prep: Create and edit documents, reports, andpresentations; take minutes and prepare briefingsExpense & Office Management: Track expenses, submit reimbursements,manage office supplies, and maintain filing systemsAd-hoc Personal Support: Assist with errands, household tasks, and otherpersonal projects as requested

Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar roleExcellent organizational, time-management and calendar management skillStrong communication abilitiesverbal and writtenHigh degree of discretion, confidentiality and professionalismProficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace and modern scheduling toolsPreferred QualificationsPA certification or diploma (e.g., IQPA)Experience supporting senior executives or high-net-worth individualsEvent coordination experienceFamiliarity with travel booking tools and expense software
