About the Role
Were looking for a Marketing Automation Engineer who lives and breathes n8n.Youll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automations across all three of our venturesGrowthclub Pro, Tantra, and Yogi. From cold outreach and lead routing to internal dashboards and AI integrations, youll turn marketing logic into scalable systems using n8n as your primary tool.This is a highly technical, systems-oriented role with direct impact on performance, efficiency, and growth.What Youll OwnBuild and maintain advanced automation workflows in n8nCreate robust lead gen pipelines using tools like Smartlead, Clay, Instantly, and Apollo, integrated via n8nAutomate CRM updates, outreach sequencing, notifications, and reportingIntegrate with APIs and third-party tools across LinkedIn, email, Slack, Airtable, Webflow, and moreLeverage AI tools (like GPT APIs) inside workflows for personalization and content generationSet up internal dashboards, alerting systems, and campaign triggersDocument systems and create internal knowledge bases for repeatability and scaleWhat Were Looking For24 years of automation experience with strong expertise in n8nDeep understanding of API-based integrations, webhooks, and data flowsExperience with lead gen, cold outreach, and CRM automations (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Airtable)Comfort with using OpenAI or other AI APIs within workflowsHigh ownership mindsetyou can take an idea, break it down, and automate it end-to-endBonus: experience with JavaScript, basic Python, or using Postman for testing APIsWho Youll Work WithYoull work directly with founders, performance marketers, and operations leads.
