Job Description

Business Coordination: Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating business operations and projects. Maintain schedules, track progress, and prepare regular reports for management. Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing) for smooth workflow. Handle client communication, follow-ups, and ensure timely responses. Support in drafting presentations, business proposals, and professional documents. Monitor deadlines, project milestones, and deliverables. Personal Assistant Duties: Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize matters requiring immediate attention. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and draft meeting minutes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist in personal and professional tasks as required by management. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite ( Basic Word, Excel). Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
