This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting principal designer with professional and personal tasks. This includes managing diaries, handling communication, client follow ups, vendor coordination, internal staff coordination and communication, preparation of minutes of the meeting and performing administrative duties. The role demands meticulous organizational skills, high confidentiality and honesty, efficiency in daily operations planning, good presentation skills, soft and confident communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
