Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage project timelines, coordinate with design and project teams and ensure the seamless execution of interior design projects. This role also requires sound communication skills, handling tricky situations, problem solving attitude and capability to work hand in hand with principal designer with very strong loyalty.

• Experience in managerial skills with good communication capability
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in budget management and project coordination
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively with attitude of a problem solver
