About the Client:

US-based Global Search Engine Project

100 Customer Service Executives (FTEs)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat queries from customers to resolve issues and provide accurate information about client products and services.
Engage in
active listening
, confirm or clarify information, and de-escalate customer concerns professionally.
Deliver prompt, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer service.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or services.
Upsell/Cross-sell
relevant products when opportunities arise.
Maintain high levels of
customer satisfaction
and meet defined service metrics.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Undergraduate / Graduate from any recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in any
Customer Service
role (Voice, Chat, or Email).
Language Skills:
Excellent
English communication skills
(Verbal & Written).
Technical Requirements:

Stable Internet Connection (Minimum 40 Mbps via LAN/Wi-Fi).
Power Backup (Inverter / UPS).
Must be available to
visit the office once
post-selection to collect the company laptop and return it at the end of the project or upon exit.
