Performance Media Specialist

Overview

Does using technology and data to solve problems and deliver results excite you? Are you both a creative and qualitative thinker? We’re looking for an analytical individual with an interest in programmatic and performance (SEM/Display/Social) media to help us build, measure, and optimize our campaigns to successfully meet client objectives for some of the most well-known Fortune 500 companies in the world.

Role Function:

Day-to-Day:

• Own the optimization and management of campaigns within our proprietary programmatic jobs platform and PPC channels: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic DSPs (DV360, Trade desk) and social to scale and achieve/exceed KPI targets for clients.
• Create, categorize and refine keyword lists and programmatic campaign structures as well as strategies to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified applicants.
• Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management.
• Manage campaigns to clients’ weekly and monthly budget and conversion goals

Analysis:

• Identify opportunities to grow and scale cross-channel marketing for clients.
• Analyze data to extract insights and transform those insights into actionable changes that will accelerate performance.
• Develop and run experiments to improve account performance.
• Monitor and analyze channel performance and maintain reporting on campaign performance, ROI, CPA, and other channel metrics

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results
• Communicate regularly on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis.
• Present data on monthly and quarterly calls to client teams, reviewing metrics and optimizations.

Qualifications

• Relevant recent experience with proven understanding of the digital media space.
• Experience with PPC, specifically Google Ads and Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, as well as programmatic DSPs. Google Ads Certification a plus
• Comfortable executing campaigns, providing feedback and sharing recommendations to internal teams
• Experience managing large monthly budgets
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
• Ability to ascertain the difference between an insight and a data point.
• Adequate ability to analyze data and results to optimize and improve campaign performance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Highly organized, motivated and a self-starter
• High attention to detail, a strong sense of work ownership and high reliability to meet deadlines.

Additional Considerations

Must be willing to work Evening Shift 2PM-11PM IST (Mon-Thur remote) 12pm-9pm IST- Friday in office.
