Requirements

• love marketing and advertising.
• love ideating and experimenting frugally and growing brands.
• already have 4-8 years of experience in performance marketing.
• have expertise in Google or Meta ads or both and want to grow further into the

• are highly data-focussed in your research and decision making.
• love collaborating with multiple people to ideate creative ways of marketing a

• understand CRO and the value of optimizing the website to improve ad

• have excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including

• love setting big goals and taking them down strategically.
• love taking responsibilities and managing multiple priorities.
• have good expertise on GA4, Looker Studio, MS Excel.

• managing client projects end to end including audience research, competitive

• managing client communication directly to build strong relationships with them and

• doing cross-platform ads analytics and decision making from it to keep growing

• learning from other team members and sharing your knowledge with them to

• delivering growth and ROI to clients as per each brand's goals
• understanding what makes and conceptualizing high converting campaigns and

• guiding clients on other channels of marketing that can improve their growth
