Performance marketing specialist (US Market)

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and improving customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV) by owning the full-funnel performance strategy across Meta, Google, and other paid media channels for D2C brands in the US market. Your role will involve: - Developing and executing campaign strategies to enhance brand performance. - Utilizing data and analytics to make data-driven decisions. - Crafting creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. - Focusing on growth and scaling opportunities to maximize results. - Optimizing landing pages, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel performance. - Taking cross-functional ownership to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams. To be successful in this role, you must have: - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. - Strong expertise in running paid campaigns targeting US audiences on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google. - Prior experience in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand space, preferably within the Shopify ecosystem. - A proven track record of scaling marketing budgets while maintaining profitability. - In-depth knowledge of Meta and Google ad platforms, including campaign structures and optimization strategies. - An analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics 4, Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets. - Experience in creative briefing and analyzing the performance of creatives to drive results.
