Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate must have worked with international clients and be well-versed in running high-conversion campaigns across diverse global markets. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Strategize and execute lead generation and conversion-driven campaigns for international markets (U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, etc.). Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA/CPL across campaigns. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective creatives and landing pages. Regularly analyze campaign performance and create actionable reports using Google Analytics , Looker Studio , and Excel. Stay up-to-date with global advertising trends, algorithm changes, and compliance requirements across platforms. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads . Demonstrated success in managing campaigns for international clients . Expertise in using Google Ads Manager , Meta Business Suite , Google Tag Manager , and GA4 . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
