Position Summary:

You will be responsible for driving measurable performance outcomes - from lead generation and conversions to ROI optimization - using a mix of data insights, creative experimentation, and platform expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end Meta campaigns across Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion objectives.
- Set up, test, and scale campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lookalike targeting.
- Track performance KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate, and make continuous optimizations to improve results.
- Develop and test creative variations (copy + visuals) in collaboration with design teams to boost ad performance.
- Manage pixel implementation, event tracking, and custom conversions using Meta Events Manager.
- Maintain high-quality lead flow and reduce CPL through constant optimization and remarketing strategies.
Google Ads
- Manage Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping campaigns with a focus on performance efficiency.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing to maximize ROI.
- Optimize bidding strategies and ad extensions for better visibility and conversions.
Native & Affiliate Marketing
- Launch, monitor, and scale native ad campaigns (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID) to drive high-quality traffic.
- Build and manage affiliate partnerships to increase lead flow and expand acquisition sources.
- Negotiate payouts, analyze partner performance, and implement optimization strategies
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and onboard influencers aligned with brand goals and campaign themes.
- Develop campaign briefs, track performance, and measure influencer ROI across platforms.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Analyze campaign data across Meta, Google, and Native platforms using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
- Build and share weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Implement data-driven recommendations for creative testing, audience scaling, and funnel optimization.
Budget & Growth Management
- Allocate budgets efficiently across platforms to maximize CPL efficiency and ROAS.
- Monitor pacing, adjust spend, and ensure performance targets are achieved across multiple campaigns.
Qualifications
- 25 years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with proven performance results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel strategy, and remarketing frameworks.
- Experience using tracking tools (UTMs, Pixels, Tag Manager) and automation workflows (Zapier, CRM integrations).
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager (A/B testing, event tracking, conversion optimization).
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
- Knowledge of Native Ad Platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID).
- Familiarity with affiliate and influencer management platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command over ad copywriting, targeting logic, and funnel structuring.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for campaign reporting and performance tracking.
