About the Role:

We're looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong track record of running high-budget Google and Meta advertising campaigns. If you’re passionate about data-driven strategies, testing, optimizing funnels, and scaling results—this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:
• Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube
• Meta Ads Manager: Facebook & Instagram
• Conduct audience & keyword research, competitor analysis, and build high-converting sales funnels
• Collaborate with our design team to create engaging ad creatives and copy
• A/B test ad variations to optimize performance and improve key metrics
• Track and report on performance KPIs: CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates
• Set up and manage tracking tools: GA4, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion APIs
• Work cross-functionally with internal design, content, and development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

What You Bring:

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google and Meta ad campaigns
• Deep understanding of media buying, audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with pixel installation, event tracking, and conversion measurement tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team
