Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:

  Build and manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max (PMax).

• Strategy & Planning:

  Develop multi-channel performance strategies aligned with business KPIs (CPA, ROAS, and CAC).

• Optimization:

  Conduct daily monitoring and optimization of bids, budgets, and audience targeting to maximize efficiency.

• A/B Testing:

  Run experiments on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates (CRO).

• Keyword Research:

  Perform deep keyword analysis to identify high-intent search terms while minimizing "waste" spend on negative keywords.

• Data & Reporting:

  Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights, not just numbers.

• Collaboration:

  Work with the design team to develop high-converting ad assets and the content team for compelling ad copy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Performance Marketing (Agency experience is a plus).

• Platform Mastery:

  Deep expertise in Google Ads Manager, Google Editor, and Google Merchant Center (for E-commerce).

• Analytical Mindset:

  Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data slicing.

• Tracking Knowledge:

  Familiarity with setting up conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.

• Certifications:

  Active Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement) are highly preferred.

• Bonus Skills:

  Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
