For more information please visit www.logicladder.com This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about using data-driven email campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and product awarenessespecially in a mission-driven, sustainability-focused environment. As our Marketing Specialist - Email , youll be at the heart of campaigns that drive business adoption of ESG reporting, carbon accounting, decarbonization and sustainability digitization. Primary responsibilities include: Create, schedule, and optimise email campaigns for product launches, webinars, and lead nurturing. Track open rates, CTRs, and conversion rates to refine performance. Conduct data mining to identify potential leads, segment audiences, and enrich contact databases. Manage and maintain email lists, including regular list segmentation, cleaning, and monitoring for optimal deliverability. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all campaigns. Implement and manage A/B testing, drip campaigns, and email automation workflows to improve customer engagement. Use platforms such as Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, and Apollo.io for email execution and tracking. Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and enhance current email strategies. Requirements Strong understanding of email marketing tools such as Zoho Campaigns, and CRM platforms like Zoho CRM or Apollo (preferred). Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices, automation, and analytics. Passionate about sustainability and using marketing to drive meaningful change. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Bacheloror Masterdegree in BCA, B.Tech , or a related field Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus. 1-4 years of experience in email or digital marketing .
