Your primary responsibilities will include: - Creating, scheduling, and optimizing email campaigns for product launches, webinars, and lead nurturing. - Tracking open rates, CTRs, and conversion rates to refine performance. - Conducting data mining to identify potential leads, segment audiences, and enrich contact databases. - Managing and maintaining email lists through regular segmentation, cleaning, and monitoring for optimal deliverability. - Collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns. - Implementing and managing A/B testing, drip campaigns, and email automation workflows to enhance customer engagement. - Utilizing platforms like Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, and Apollo.io for email execution and tracking. - Conducting competitive research to identify opportunities and improve current email strategies. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong understanding of email marketing tools such as Zoho Campaigns and CRM platforms like Zoho CRM or Apollo (preferred). - Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices, automation, and analytics. - Passion for sustainability and driving meaningful change through marketing. - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in BCA, B.Tech, or a related field. - Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus. - 1-4 years of experience in email or digital marketing.
