Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, run, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) focused on 

  lead generation

   for real estate projects
• Target relevant buyer profiles using geo-targeted and intent-driven strategies
• Manage and optimize budgets to deliver 

  high-quality leads at a competitive CPL

• Collaborate with sales teams to track lead quality and campaign performance
• Create performance dashboards, analyze KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS), and provide actionable insights
• Run A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and CTAs

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in 

  performance marketing (preferably in real estate, BFSI, or similar)

• Proven experience in 

  Google Ads, Meta Ads

  , and real estate lead generation campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with 

  Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM tools

• Familiarity with lead tracking, pixel setup, and call-tracking integrations
• Ability to handle monthly ad budgets of ₹3L–₹10L efficiently

Bonus Skills:

• Real estate campaign experience in Gurgaon or NCR market
• Experience with landing page tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow
• Knowledge of SEO, email automation, or WhatsApp marketing is a plus
