Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, etc.)
Build and optimize structured campaign plans aligned with business goals (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, share of voice, etc.)
Conduct in-depth keyword research, product targeting, and category benchmarking
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities across bidding, targeting, placements, creatives, and product-page relevance
Collaborate with brand/category teams to align promotions, inventory, pricing, and creatives with ad plans
Leverage 1P and 3P tools (e.g., Amazon Ads Console, Helium 10 or similar) to drive performance insights
Run A/B tests to improve CTR, CVR, and ACOS
Set up automated reporting dashboards; track KPIs daily and proactively flag risks or wins
Evaluate new ad features, beta programs, and platform changes and apply them strategically
Stay updated on Amazon algorithm changes, category trends, and competitor strategies

Preferred candidate profile

47 years of experience
in performance marketing, with
at least 3+ years focused on Amazon Ads
Hands-on experience running large-scale campaigns across
Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display
Strong analytical mindset; fluency in KPIs such as
ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and CPC
Familiarity with 3rd-party tools and bid automation platforms like
Helium 10, or Sellics
Ability to manage campaign budgets, pacing, and daily optimizations in a high-volume setup
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic macros
Experience working with cross-functional teams (brand, creative, marketplace, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
