Performance Marketing Manager

We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager | SoftSleep (D2C Clothing Brand)

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute

  Paid media strategies

  for customer acquisition and retention
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

  (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages with the design team
• Manage Campaign budgets efficiently and

  deliver strong ROI/ROAS

• Analyze performance data and share actionable insights with leadership
• Run A/B tests to

  improve CTR, CVR, and reduce CAC

• Stay updated with D2C and performance marketing trends
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years

  experience in

  performance marketing / paid ads

  , preferably in a D2C brand
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Manager
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools, pixels, analytics, UTM setups
• Analytical mindset with ability to convert data into insights and decisions
• Creative thinker who can

  suggest new campaign ideas, funnels, and hooks
