Performance Marketing Manager (6+ years, agency background required)


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage and optimize

    high-budget paid advertising campaigns (₹5+ lakhs/month)

    across Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Lead

    end-to-end campaign execution

    , including strategy development, creative direction, and production of high-performing video and image assets.
  • Craft compelling ad copy, conduct A/B testing, and

    analyze key performance metrics

    such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS to drive continuous campaign improvement.
  • Adapt strategies

    based on A/B test outcomes and take ownership of landing page optimization i.e., refining content, layout, visuals, and messaging to maximize conversions.
  • Implement a

    structured feedback

    loop

    with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and conversion outcomes, using these insights to iterate ad messaging and landing page experience.
  • Analyze performance data from past campaigns using

    analytics dashboards

    to identify trends and optimization opportunities for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with design and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across creative assets and

    timely campaign delivery

    certifications

    and stay current with evolving best practices and policy updates across Meta and Google ad platforms.

  • Required Qualifications

      campaigns.
    • Comfortable overseeing large ad budgets (₹5 lakhs/month+), ensuring optimal ROI.
    • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics and ad performance dashboards.
    • Skilled copywriter and landing page strategist with strong analytics and optimization capabilities.
