Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager, your primary role will be to drive top-of-funnel efficiency and maximize Return on Investment (ROI) across all paid digital channels. You will play a crucial part in our acquisition efforts, ensuring that every budget allocation delivers measurable, high-quality volume. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the digital advertising budget, including detailed forecasting and daily budget pacing for all CPM-based campaigns. - Manage, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.). - Define, segment, and manage target audiences within ad platforms and conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives. - Establish meticulous tracking systems to monitor campaign and product performance data, generate comprehensive reporting, and provide clear, actionable insights for leadership. - Focus on optimizing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and driving channel efficiency. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in a Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Marketing role. - Mandatory hands-on, expert experience with both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Mandatory high-level proficiency in presentation design using Canva or Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for managing relationships with external ad platform representatives, third-party vendors, and specialized software providers. Desired Skills: - Experience or proficiency in Copywriting or Graphic Design to accelerate creative testing velocity. - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI to build integrated ROI dashboards.
