• Scale Paid Media:

  Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns with an ROI-first approach.

• Own the Funnel:

  Manage campaigns from awareness → conversion → retention, tracking every stage on Shopify & CRM.

• Automate Growth:

  Design, implement, and optimize

  WhatsApp marketing automation

  for leads, order follow-ups, and retention campaigns.

• Data & Analytics:

  Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn, and funnel drop-offs. Provide actionable insights weekly.

• Creative Strategy:

  Work with content & design to create ad hooks, landing pages, and conversion-first campaigns.

• Budget Mastery:

  Strategically manage

  multi-crore annual ad spends

  while ensuring profitability.

• Leadership:

  Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Design) and manage external media partners if required.

• Scale campaigns to

  7-figure monthly spends

  with strong ROAS.
• Maintain

  CAC < ⅓ of AOV

  while improving repeat order rates.
• Build automation systems that reduce manual follow-ups and increase retention.
• Contribute directly to Meadbery’s mission of impacting

  1 million+ Indian lives in the next 2 years.

• 5+ years of proven experience

  in performance marketing (Meta + Google mandatory, Shopify D2C preferred).
• A deep understanding of

  ad funnels, scaling strategies, and attribution models.

• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API / automation flows

  (WATI, Interakt, Zoko, etc.).
• Strong grasp of

  business P&L, margins, and scaling economics.

• Analytical mindset with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Analytics, GA4.

• Ability to lead and collaborate

  with multi-functional teams (sales, creatives, developers).
• A hunger to

  experiment, scale, and build something industry-defining.
