Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.

 Develop, plan, and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

 Lead, mentor, and manage the internal marketing team as well as coordinate with external teams.

 Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party vendors/marketing agencies for specific projects.

 Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI.

 Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns.

 Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

 Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.

 Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.

 Strong experience in handling external agencies and third-party partners.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

 Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
