About the Role:

Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage

  performance marketing campaigns

  across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve

  maximum ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition

  .
• Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently across multiple platforms.
• Analyze performance data, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Plan and execute

  retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike campaigns

  for improved performance.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in

  digital advertising, analytics tools, and e-commerce marketing.

• Monitor website performance and coordinate with the e-commerce team to enhance user experience and conversion funnel.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in Performance Marketing, preferably in an

  E-commerce environment

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  SEO, SEM, display, shopping ads, and performance tracking tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools like

  Klaviyo, Shopify, Amazon Ads, or Flipkart Ads.

• Knowledge of

  affiliate marketing

  and influencer collaborations.
• Understanding of

  conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  and funnel strategies.
