About the Role

Performance Marketing Manager

fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands


Key Responsibilities

1. D2C Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and scale campaigns on

    Google Ads

    (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and

    Meta Ads

    (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Manage

    full-funnel campaigns

    driving ROAS, CAC efficiency, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Use

    GA4, Meta Pixel, and other tools

    for accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to deliver

    high-performing ad creatives and landing pages

    .
  • Lead

    A/B testing

    on creatives, copy, audience targeting, and placements.

2. Marketplace Advertising

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on

    Amazon (AMS), Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads

    .
  • Partner with marketplace/category teams to allocate budgets by

    SKU performance, seasonal demand, and brand priorities

    .
  • Implement keyword strategies, sponsored ads, and DSPs to boost

    visibility and organic rankings

    .
  • Continuously monitor and optimize bids, targeting, and keywords to hit KPIs.

3. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Build and manage

    monthly media plans and forecasts

    .
  • Ensure strict

    budget control and efficient allocation

    across channels.
  • Report weekly/monthly on

    ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc.

    , with actionable insights.
  • Identify

    growth opportunities

    through data, benchmarks, and market trends.

Key Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on

    performance marketing experience

    for

    D2C brands and e-commerce marketplaces

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads

    .
  • Advanced skills in

    GA4, Excel, Looker Studio / Power BI

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    attribution models, customer journeys, and CRO

    .
  • Prior experience in

    fashion, apparel, or lifestyle categories (highly preferred).

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage creative/agency resources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications in

    Google Ads

    and

    Meta Blueprint

    are a plus.
  • Exposure to CRM & retention tools (

    CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, KwikEngage

    ) is an advantage.
