Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Lead and manage performance marketing strategies for marketplace platforms
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital campaigns, including Display, Search, and lower-funnel performance marketing initiatives.

Budget Management & ROAS Optimization

  • Oversee campaign budgets and ensure Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets are met or exceeded.

Brand Metrics & Funnel Management

  • Deliver on brand metrics across the customer funnel: Discovery, Awareness, Engagement, Consideration, Conversions, and organic reach growth.

Innovation & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design digital advocacy and social media campaigns.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging Pureplayer platforms for promotional calendars, new product launches, and marketing initiatives.

Customer Journey & UI/UX Enhancement

  • Enhance the customer journey through content enrichment, UI/UX improvements, and seamless navigation on marketplace portals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.

Emerging Technologies & Thought Leadership

  • Evaluate emerging digital technologies and provide thought leadership on their adoption to stay ahead of industry trends.

Acquisition Strategy & Retargeting

  • Devise and execute an overarching acquisition strategy, including Customer Data Management (CDM) and targeted cohort definitions.
  • Implement remarketing/re-targeting campaigns to maximize customer engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Display, Search, and lower-funnel strategies.
  • Expertise in budget management, ROAS optimization, and campaign execution.
  • Experience in enhancing customer journeys and improving UI/UX on eCommerce platforms.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Keen eye for innovation and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with remarketing/re-targeting strategies and Customer Data Management (CDM).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
