Performance Marketing Internship

As a Performance Marketer (Media Buyer) at Unbiasys Media, you will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to develop and execute strategies that drive conversions, boost revenue, and elevate brand visibility. Your responsibilities will include managing paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing key performance indicators. You will work closely with creative, content, and landing page development teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices, you will implement A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness. Your role will also involve preparing performance reports, presenting findings to clients, and providing actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and growth. Building strong relationships with clients and serving as a trusted advisor on performance marketing initiatives will be key to your success in this position. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, as well as experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMRUSH. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for presenting complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
