Performance Marketing Intern

Location : Kochi, Kerala(On-site)

Stipend : ₹10,000 to 15,000

What You'll Do:

Assist in running and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display), TikTok Ads, and others.
Help track and compile performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer.
Learn to analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, retention, and LTV.
Participate in A/B testing experiments for ad creatives and landing pages.
Research and stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in performance marketing.

What We're Looking For:

Strong interest in digital marketing and data-driven advertising.
Basic understanding of advertising platforms such as Meta Ads or Google Ads (hands-on experience is a plus).
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, or MMPs is an advantage but not mandatory.
Analytical thinker with good attention to detail.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This isn’t a short-term internship — we’re looking for someone ready to grow with us. Outstanding performers will have the chance to convert this into a full-time role and work closely with our Founder, who brings over a decade of marketing experience.
