Job Description We are hiring a Performance Marketing Ads Manager with prior agency experience to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of campaign strategy, data analysis, and client communication, especially in a fast-paced agency setting. Key Responsibilities Strategize, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns for multiple clients Platforms include Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube Optimize campaign performance using real-time data (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword planning Generate client-facing reports and present insights Work closely with the content and creative teams to align messaging Stay current on platform updates and trends to guide campaign strategy Required Skills & Qualifications 3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency environment Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube campaigns Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Strong skills in data analysis, budget management, and campaign optimization Excellent client communication and project management skills Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a strong advantage
