What You’ll Do

• Run high-conversion paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Build and manage full-funnel strategies to drive:
• Course and webinar sign-ups
• Candidate registrations
• B2B partnership inquiries
• Write ad copy, recommend creatives, and structure offers that drive action
• Optimize campaigns regularly for CPL, CPA, and engagement
• Collaborate closely with our core team to ensure brand and message alignment

What We’re Looking For

• A freelance performance marketer who thrives in high-trust, results-driven environments
• Proven experience with Google, Meta, and ideally LinkedIn Ads
• An independent, self-driven professional capable of managing campaigns end-to-end
• Someone excited by commission-based models with significant earning potential
• Comfortable using analytics tools, lead tracking, and reporting dashboards
• Exposure to career development, ed-tech, or recruitment campaigns is an added advantage

Commission Model

Closure-Based Model (Preferred):

• You earn a fixed percentage of revenue for every confirmed paid conversion or client acquisition driven by your campaigns.
