Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and audience segmentation.

- Optimize ads for better CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

- Collaborate with the design and content team for creatives and ad copies.

- Track daily performance metrics and share weekly reports.

- Stay updated on platform trends and test new strategies regularly.

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn campaign strategy and optimization.

- Familiar with key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

- Passionate about digital marketing, testing, and improving results.

Eligibility Criteria

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

-Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads.

- Data-driven mindset with optimization skills.

- Experience in driving sales & lead conversions.
