Description
Key Responsibilities: ◾ Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc. ◾ Monitor daily performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns ◾ Drive ROI-focused strategy across acquisition channels (Search, Display, Social, Remarketing) ◾ Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies ◾ Analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement ◾ Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaign goals ◾ Manage budgets, forecast performance, and scale campaigns profitably ◾ Stay updated with platform changes and digital advertising trends Required Skills: ◾ Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & LinkedIn Ads ◾ Knowledge of performance KPIs: CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc. ◾ Analytical mindset and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel ◾ Strong copywriting and creative evaluation skills ◾ Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment ◾ Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Performance marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
