Your Role:


As a Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll lead end-to-end paid marketing on Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google (Search + Display + YouTube), while also owning website management tasks. You’ll be at the centre of our growth engine - scaling budgets, improving ROAS, and constantly optimising customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


📈 Performance Marketing (Meta + Google)

1) Launch, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns on Meta & Google platforms.

2) Build full-funnel strategies: cold prospecting, retargeting, retention.

3) Write ad copies & briefs with fashion-first hooks that sell.

4) Analyse performance metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM, and tweak accordingly.

5) Regular A/B testing of creatives, audience sets, placements, and landing pages.

6) Track campaigns via UTM, Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and report with insights.


💻 Website Management (Shopify or Equivalent)

1) Update homepage banners, collections, product pages, etc.

2) Collaborate with designers for creatives & developers for technical tweaks.

3) Monitor UX issues: broken links, slow speed, checkout glitches.

4) Help improve conversion rate (CRO) through ongoing UI/UX improvements.

5) Coordinate product/offer launches with real-time website updates.


Must-Have Requirements:

0–3 years of proven experience running Meta & Google Ads for fashion/e-commerce brands.

Solid portfolio of successful fashion ad campaigns.

Hands-on experience with Shopify or other CMS platforms.

Comfort with analytics tools: GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GTM, etc.

Deep understanding of fashion audience targeting, buying behaviours, and seasonality.

Strong sense of visuals, ad hooks, and storytelling in the fashion context.


Bonus Points:

Experience with influencer amplification or fashion collabs.

Understanding of fashion aesthetics and how to make ads look premium.

Familiarity with email marketing, SMS campaigns, or loyalty funnels.

Prior startup experience/freelanced, or having scaled ad spends from scratch.
