Job Overview:

result-driven Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
campaigns
Support execution of
Google Ads
campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping preferred)
Perform
keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation
Monitor campaign performance and prepare
weekly reports
Assist in improving
CPL, ROAS, and overall ROI
Coordinate with creative and social teams for ad creatives and messaging
Execute
A/B testing
and ongoing optimization strategies
Track conversions, funnels, and performance metrics

Skills, Tools and

1–2 years of hands-on experience
in performance marketing
Working knowledge of
Meta Business Suite
and
Google Ads Manager
Experience using
Google Analytics / GA4
for performance tracking
Understanding of
audience targeting, keyword strategy, and campaign optimization
Basic knowledge of
funnels, conversion tracking, and pixels
Strong analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
Good communication and collaboration skills
Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications are a plus
