About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Executive to support the digital marketing team in planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns. The role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution across paid ads and SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing
• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and ensure campaigns deliver against performance goals.
• Prepare reports and share insights with the team.
• SEO Support
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives (meta tags, backlinks, technical checks).
• Work with the content team to optimize blogs, landing pages, and website copy for SEO.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Provide actionable insights for improvements.
• Learning & Innovation
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.
• Experiment with new ideas under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing / SEO / paid ads (freshers with internships are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
• Good communication skills; ability to coordinate with internal teams.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in performance marketing & SEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,476.37 - ₹35,499.34 per month
